Mark Crowder

Mark Crowder

Mark Crowder is director of consulting for the Sageworks Valuation Solution. Mark works with a wide range of financial professionals, helping them maximize all aspects of the Sageworks Valuation Solution. Mark has an extensive background in financial analysis and accounting which enables him to assist clients across multiple lines of business and service offerings.

Prior to joining Sageworks, Mark spent more than 10 years working in finance and public accounting. He performed business valuation and performance improvement projects for FTI Consulting in company’s corporate finance group. Mark previously worked in private equity for American Capital Strategies, where he was part of the Financial Analysis and Compliance Team, participating in numerous pre-investment and post-investment due diligence assignments. In addition, he executed quarterly valuations for American Capital’s portfolio companies.

Mark began his career with KPMG, performing financial statement audits for SEC and Government clients. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Radford University.
