He is a noted expert on privately held companies who has been published and quoted in most media outlets. He is currently a guest columnist for Inc. Magazine and Forbes.com. Brian also oversees Inmates to Entrepreneurs, a community outreach program focused on teaching ex-offenders to start low capital businesses.
 
About Anish Rajparia
Anish Rajparia is the President of ADP Small Business Services, where he is responsible for expanding ADP's market share and increasing relevance with small businesses.

Prior to this, Mr. Rajparia was President of Employer Services International (ESI) for two-and-a-half years and was responsible for the HR and payroll outsourcing business across Europe, Asia/Australia, and Latin America. He joined the company from Parlo, Inc., where he was the co-CEO and Chief Operating Officer; McKinsey & Company, where he consulted on strategy, marketing, operations and acquisitions; and Xerox Business Services.
